As a Personal Care Worker at our Licensed Group Home, you will work rotating 12-hour shifts, focusing on the needs of our residents. Your role will involve supervising daily activities, preparing meals, and administrating medications, ensuring each individual receives tailored support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities for individuals with disabilities
• Collaborate with a team to create engaging schedules
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals as planned
• Continuously assess and respond to resident needs
• Ensure sanitation and cleanliness of living areas

Requirements

• At least Grade 12 education
• Certification as a Personal Care Worker or similar preferred
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Related experience in home care or childcare preferred
• Valid Driver's License is advantageous
