We are hiring a proactive Team Lead / Assistant Operations Manager to handle daily ITES operations. The role involves team management, performance tracking, and ensuring smooth workflow and quality delivery.

:

• Manage and lead a team to achieve daily targets.
• Prepare and maintain shift schedules, rosters, and attendance.
• Monitor team performance and ensure quality standards.
• Responsible to conduct daily huddle with team.
• Conduct team briefings and provide regular feedback.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain & prepare MIS reports and productivity dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and manage SLA, AHT, Shrinkage, CSAT, Attrition.
• Support process improvements and team training.

:

• Graduate or Postgraduate
• Minimum 3 years of ITES experience (1+ year in a leadership role)
• Experience in team handling, scheduling, and performance management
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
