Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Shamgarh.
The Customer Service
Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include managing a customer service team, resolving customer challenges, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. The role also involves fostering strong relationships with clients and maintaining a customer-first approach in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service Management, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess service performance and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing customer service teams
- Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
