**Function/Department: Home Loan / LAP Sales

Open Location: Nagpur/Wardha/Bhandara/Gondia/Chandrapur**

Job Description

• Generate Home Loan/LAP leads from the open

market and through different channels.

• Maintain productive relationships with channel

partners and customers

• Develop and manage relationships with DSAs

(Direct Sales Agents) to enhance business outreach.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

through the DSA network

• Assist clients with loan applications, and

processing, and ensure excellent customer service.

• Work closely with the branch team to support

sales goals and objectives.

Required Candidate profile

• Must have a minimum 2 years' experience in

Housing loan / LAP / Mortgage Loan sales

• DSA and DST both are vacancies available

(Individual roles)

• Strong knowledge of home loans, business loans,

and personal loan products.

• Ability to manage and motivate a DSA channel for

maximum productivity.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and

relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Graduated / Post Graduate in MBA. BBA, MSC,

BSC, BCA etc

Experience: 2 - 5 years of total experience

Salary Criteria: 3.2 LPA to 6 LPA
