Responsibilities Communicate with clients and potential clients Attend showings Provide prompt feedback Attending home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings The team lead or agent would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner

Qualifications To be a Showing Assistant you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification. Present yourself in a professional manner Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Can spend a large amount of time driving Willing to build a pipeline of their own clients too Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly

Compensation

$30 hourly + closing bonus

For certain transactions, the team lead or senior agent may handle contract drafting, negotiation, and higher-level transaction strategy while you learn the process and support the client experience.
