  • Extensive experience on Azure
  • Strong understanding of different Azure IaaS services and platform and their associated limitations
  • Understanding and exposure to Azure Cloud Shell for performing Administrative tasks
  • Strong with PowerShell scripting
  • Template Deployment either through PowerShell or portal or Azure Devops at different scopes.
  • Good understanding of yml and azure pipeline structures
  • Experienced in creating and modifying ARM templates as per the requirement.
  • Experienced in creating and modifying terraform templates as per the requirement.
  • Experienced in PowerShell scripting, modules management in PowerShell
  • Experienced in deploying Azure functions and policies.
  • Design a secure development process
  • Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience of Azure Scale Sets, Load Balancer, Azure networking, Azure Monitor, Alerts, and Log Analytics
  • Good understanding of Azure networking (Vnet , Express Route , UDRs , Network monitoring)
  • Understanding of azure policies, writing policy definitions and assignment of policies at different scopes
  • Understanding of Azure services such as Firewall, IP groups, Route Tables etc.
  • Experience in Automation using Azure Runbook and Functions.
  • Resource Deployment using scripts and Portal - Strong Troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of Azure advisory services.
  • Good to have Azure Devops PowerShell understanding
  • 1-Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • ITIL framework understanding
  • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
  • To provide support for on call escalations and doing incident and problem management
  • To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team
  • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
  • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives
  • To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
