Job Description

Manage the coordination of thesis and academic records as an experienced Coordinator. Ensure adherence to regulations and support graduate programs along with the Graduate Student Conference.

In this key role, you'll be responsible for the quality assurance of graduate student records and the administration of thesis processes. You'll serve as the communication link for faculty and maintain compliance with institutional policies. Responsibilities also involve planning for the Graduate Student Conference, ensuring engagement from graduate students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage oversight of graduate student academic records
  • Administer master's thesis and doctoral processes
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards
  • Act as communication contact for graduate departments
  • Assist with the yearly Graduate Student Conference

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in post-secondary administration
  • Undergraduate degree required; experience in graduate programs preferred
  • Familiarity with the Alberta post-secondary education system
  • Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven project coordination and student engagement abilities

Support graduate students by overseeing key academic processes and ensuring regulatory compliance in their academic journey.
