Job Description
Elevate student well-being by becoming a Mental Health Therapist Contractor with the Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority. This role centers on delivering culturally relevant mental health support to enhance educational outcomes.
As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work directly with students from Black Lake, Hatchet Lake, and Fond Du Lac First Nations. Your focus will be on providing therapeutic counseling, crisis intervention, and building students’ capacity to manage emotional challenges. You will also facilitate workshops and training sessions to infuse mental health awareness within the curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
