Windows Server administration

Role: Window/Unix Support

Hybrid: 3 days in office

Role Descriptions:

• Windows server administration including Active Directory| SCCM enterprise patching| OSApplication patch installation debugging and application level issue and troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of windows powershell and Linux shell scripting.
• Able to perform activities related to Linux Administration as required.
• Knowledge of Database Administration and its concepts such as backups and restoration required for application related maintenance.
• Able to work on decommissioning of End of Life (EOL) machines within the environment.
• Analyze the application system logs for failed application installations and for applications causing performance issues reported as part of the incident and problem tickets and drive them towards resolution.
• Collaborate with other application vendor teams as per the requirement.
• Must be able to work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and document the root cause analysis for incidents change requests problem management.
• Able to work on virtual machines via Citrix Nutanix.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace or other observability platform would be an added advantage.
