Role Descriptions:

Windows server administration including Active Directory| SCCM enterprise patching| OSApplication patch installation debugging and application level issue and troubleshooting.
Good working knowledge of windows powershell and Linux shell scripting.
Able to perform activities related to Linux Administration as required.
Knowledge of Database Administration and its concepts such as backups and restoration required for application related maintenance.
Able to work on decommissioning of End of Life (EOL) machines within the environment.
Analyze the application system logs for failed application installations and for applications causing performance issues reported as part of the incident and problem tickets and drive them towards resolution.
Collaborate with other application vendor teams as per the requirement.
Must be able to work on ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and document the root cause analysis for incidents change requests problem management.
Able to work on virtual machines via Citrix Nutanix.
Knowledge of Dynatrace or other observability platform would be an added advantage.
