Job Description: Technical Content Publisher Location : Halifax or Montreal - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Job Description

• It is a Technical Content Publisher role who is primary responsible for creating, managing, and publishing high-quality, accurate technical documentation, including process flows, procedure documents, user manuals, and release notes.
• These roles focus on ensuring documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal standards for accuracy.

Key skills for this role:

• Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills to troubleshoot layouts and templates
• Hands-on with CMS workflows and manual promotions
• Not a developer/engineer and not a data entry role – someone in between who can publish and debug content independently
• TeamSite experience preferred (AEM or similar CMS backgrounds are also fine
