Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Content Marketing Manager who can create, manage, and scale content using modern AI tools along with strong video and content skills.
This role requires a mix of content creation, AI tool expertise, video generation, and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality social media, image, and marketing content
- Develop content around tax, finance, hygiene, and business insights
- Work on end-to-end content loops (ideation → creation → repurpose → scale)
- Repurpose content into multiple formats (text, video, creatives)
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for content creation and optimization
- Create AI-generated videos for marketing (mandatory)
- Use AI tools for voice generation, voiceovers, and automation workflows
- Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos)
- Handle tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
- Analyze competitor marketing and create better-performing, next-level content
- Track performance and improve engagement and output
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Content / Digital Marketing
- Strong experience in content creation (text + image + video)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (content, video & voice generation)
- Mandatory: Ability to create AI-based marketing videos
- Experience in video editing tools
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement
- Ability to analyze competitors and improve marketing performance
- Ability to work independently and deliver fast
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn / personal branding content
- Basic understanding of SEO and paid ads
- Experience in repurposing and scaling content
