Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Enterprise Technical Support Specialist to join a long-term contract engagement. This role is ideal for a technical professional who thrives on troubleshooting complex enterprise environments, resolving critical client issues, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and integrated enterprise solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and integration issues across client environments.
Manage client incidents from initial diagnosis through resolution while maintaining strong client communication.
Collaborate with Development, Product Management, Professional Services, and other cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Analyze system logs, application performance, database activity, and infrastructure components to resolve technical challenges.
Support enterprise deployments, upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Enterprise Technical Support, Application Support, or a related technical role.
Strong expertise supporting Windows and Linux server environments.
Experience with web and application servers such as Tomcat and IIS.
Solid understanding of networking concepts and Active Directory.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or DB2 databases.
Strong SQL troubleshooting and query analysis skills.
Proven ability to manage complex client incidents from investigation through resolution.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with VMware, Citrix, or other virtualization technologies.
Knowledge of Java, .NET, or C++.
Experience supporting ECM platforms such as Documentum or similar enterprise applications.
Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple integrations.
