Join our dynamic Human Resources Operations Team as a Learning and Development Manager, where you will play a vital role in shaping the corporate learning and development initiatives. In this position, you will implement and oversee all facets of organizational development, ensuring our training programs align with business objectives and drive impactful change throughout the organization.

  • Design, recommend, and implement innovative training programs that support our strategic business goals. Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify and address the organization's training needs proactively.
  • Foster a strong culture of corporate learning and development by researching, designing, and implementing best practices across the organization.
  • Create engaging organizational development training content, including instructional materials, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides to enhance employee learning experiences.
  • Identify opportunities for improving learning processes through scale and automation, documenting effective practices, and collaborating with IT when necessary for automation implementation.
  • Ensure meticulous processing of all employee learning and development data, maintaining accurate transactions, and conducting audits to preempt data integrity issues by partnering with relevant departments for solutions.
  • Meet compliance, quality, and performance standards for all organizational training programs, ensuring a high standard of excellence in our offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred: PHR, SPHR, or related HR Certification.
  • 8-15 years of experience in Human Resources or a specific HR discipline.

Other Job Specific Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience in delivering presentations and training.
  • Experience in supporting HR programs, policies, practices, and procedures is preferred.
  • Tact and self-confidence to manage sensitive employee information confidentially.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities within a matrixed organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while effectively managing time.
  • Technically proficient with superior Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proactive in researching and reviewing federal/state laws, regulations, and policies, and making sound recommendations.
  • Capable of establishing credibility and nurturing positive relationships with employees and managers at all organizational levels.
  • Strong inclination to research and implement new technologies to streamline processes effectively.
