Job SummaryAn HR professional with 7–8 years of experience responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role also includes handling administrative responsibilities and supporting overall office operations while aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
• Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and prepare salary sheets
• Handle statutory compliance including ESI and PF
• Handle administrative and office-related work

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, and PF
• Experience with HR and payroll software such as Zoho People, Pagaar Book, or Zoho Payroll
• Good organizational and decision-making skills

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
• Proven experience in handling core HR functions independently
