Location: Oshawa, ON

Duration: 12 Months

Payrate: $80 - 92 CAD/Hr. (T4/INC)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Software Developer specializing in CRM systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining CRM applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with MS Dynamics, specifically D365
• Proficiency in C# programming
• Experience with .NET Framework across all supported versions
• Strong knowledge of ASP .NET programming
• SQL and XML expertise
• Experience with MS SQL Server across all supported versions
• Knowledge of Windows environments
• Experience with batch file processing, API creation, and configuration
• Experience in programming and analysis at the specified experience level
• Experience in structured methodologies for development, design, implementation, and maintenance of applications
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A team player with a proven track record for meeting strict deadlines
• Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team
• Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards
• Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during the use and operation of software packages
• Collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Design, code, test, debug, and document applications
• Develop successful relationships with all levels of stakeholders
• Provide user and system documentation as required
