About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Replenishment Analyst to support inventory planning and supply chain operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a short-term contract requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to manage high volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels and replenishment needs to ensure optimal stock availability
• Utilize Excel tools (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) to interpret and manage large datasets
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support supply chain operations
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve replenishment processes
• Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in replenishment, inventory planning, or supply chain within a retail or distribution environment
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables required)
• Experience working with vendors and managing stakeholder relationships
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
• Passionate about delivering high-quality work
