This is a high-impact role for an attorney who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants broad exposure across corporate governance, strategic transactions, commercial matters, and operational legal support.<br><br>As Corporate Counsel, you will partner closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, People, Operations, Product, GTM, and Engineering to help Armada scale responsibly and efficiently. You will support a wide range of legal initiatives, including corporate governance, strategic transactions, entity management, and day-to-day corporate legal operations.<br><br>This role is ideal for an attorney who combines strong legal fundamentals with sound business judgment, enjoys operating with autonomy, and is excited to build scalable processes at a rapidly growing technology company.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Support corporate governance matters, including board and committee materials, resolutions, minutes, consents, and maintenance of corporate records across the corporate group.</li> <li>Assist with strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing transactions, strategic partnerships, and related diligence and documentation.</li> <li>Support subsidiary management and entity governance across domestic and international jurisdictions, including formations, qualifications, annual filings, and compliance obligations; coordinate with local counsel to ensure entities remain in good standing.</li> <li>Help manage equity-related matters, including equity award documentation, cap table coordination, 409A processes, and support for employee equity programs.</li> <li>Assist with corporate policies, compliance initiatives, and risk management processes as Armada scales globally, including policies governing insider trading, conflicts of interest, and corporate conduct.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Finance, People, Operations, and business leaders on corporate and operational legal matters.</li> <li>Work closely with outside counsel on corporate, employment, compliance, and transactional matters as needed.</li> <li>Build and improve legal templates, playbooks, workflows, and operational processes to drive efficiency and scalability.</li> <li>Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice that balances risk management with execution velocity.</li> <li>Contribute across a wide variety of legal and operational projects in a collaborative, high-ownership environment — Armada moves fast and priorities shift;
