💼 What you’ll be doing
🌳 Own and drive $2M+ ARR new business across enterprise accounts in the South & Central US
🌳 Build and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy targeting C-suite stakeholders
🌳 Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from first conversation to signed deal
🌳 Navigate RFPs, procurement, and executive alignment with confidence
🌳 Partner with Marketing, Solutions, and Customer Success to craft winning enterprise deals
🌳 Develop strategic account plans to land and expand within key industries
🌳 Deliver powerful, consultative narratives around ROI, cost optimisation, and employee wellbeing
🌳 Act as a market-facing thought leader, representing the brand at events and industry forums

🌳 A proven enterprise SaaS sales track record (consistently delivering $1M+ ARR)
🌳 Experience selling into HR tech, employee benefits, healthcare SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
🌳 Confidence engaging and influencing CFOs, CHROs, and procurement leaders
🌳 Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and complex deal structures
🌳 Elite-level consultative selling, storytelling, and closing ability
