As a Visual Merchandiser at HUFT, you play a crucial role in curating displays, creating in-store moments, and ensuring that every HUFT store exudes intentionality, warmth, and the unmistakable essence of the brand. Your work will be visible to every pet parent who walks through our doors, making attention to detail, a passion for retail, and a love for animals essential qualities for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Execute the HUFT visual language by setting up and maintaining displays that embody the brand identity across different store zones such as food, treats, toys, grooming, and wellness. - Follow and adapt modular planograms for various store formats, ensuring displays are consistent, neat, practical, and on-brand. - Simplify and declutter product displays to improve visibility, navigation, and in-store storytelling, creating clear, purposeful "moments" throughout the store. - Support seasonal campaigns and in-store experiences by bringing campaigns and themes to life, contributing to delightful and engaging customer experiences. - Collaborate closely with store, brand, and product teams to align displays with product launches, promotions, and business priorities. Qualifications & Skills: - 1-4 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising. - Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Customer service-focused mindset. - Preference will be given to candidates who are animal lovers.
