Your Role

The Director, Account Manager – Treasury Operations is responsible for overseeing Arbor’s domestic bank account structure, treasury systems, and related compliance activities.

This role manages a large portfolio of bank accounts across multiple financial institutions and the Kyriba Treasury Management System, ensuring accuracy, strong controls, and audit readiness. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external banking partners to support efficient treasury operations, maintain strong governance, and drive continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of 900+ domestic bank accounts, including openings, closures, documentation, approvals, system setup, and coordination with banking partners
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across treasury systems and bank platforms
• Serve as a primary treasury contact for internal and external audits related to bank accounts, system access, and controls
• Support bank KYC and regulatory requirements, including ongoing documentation updates and reviews
• Administer and manage Kyriba Treasury Management System and bank portals, including account maintenance, data integrity, user access, and segregation of duties
• Manage banking templates and related controls, including setup, maintenance, and periodic reviews
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate treasury processes
• Support development of procedures and cross-training to ensure operational continuity

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5–8+ years of experience in treasury operations, bank account administration, or financial controls
• Experience with Kyriba or comparable Treasury Management System
• Strong understanding of bank KYC requirements, treasury controls, and system access governance
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000, plus discretionary performance-based bonus
