The Food Production Manager holds a managerial role that involves creating and executing dining options tailored to customer preferences and requirements. They supervise and handle dining facilities where patrons select cooked meals from a list of options.

Responsibilities for Food Production Manager:

• Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees

Qualifications for Food Production Manager:

• A minimum of one year of prior experience is mandatory
• Candidates with a bachelor's degree or relevant experience are preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Establishing and nurturing strong connections with clients and customers to cultivate mutually advantageous business associations
• Proficiency in showcasing exceptional customer support through the utilization of Aramark's established service protocol
• The capacity to establish strong connections with various departments to ensure a cohesive dining experience for all patrons
• May need to lift, transport, push, and tug items weighing up to 50 pounds periodically.
• Must have the capacity to remain on one's feet for prolonged periods.
