As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to expand our presence throughout Quebec.

Position Summary

This is an ideal opportunity for an established sales professional or agency with strong relationships in the pool, spa, or related outdoor living industries. As an independent sales agent, you will represent Aquiform's extensive product portfolio while developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships throughout Quebec.

This is a commission-based, independent contractor position—not a full-time employee role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within the Quebec territory.
• Build relationships with pool retailers, builders, service companies, and commercial accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand Aquiform's dealer network.
• Promote Aquiform's product lines, programs, and seasonal promotions.
• Conduct customer visits and product presentations.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and dealer meetings as required.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
• Work collaboratively with Aquiform's internal customer service and sales support teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales experience (3+ years), preferably within the swimming pool, spa, landscape, irrigation, outdoor living, or building products industries.
• Existing network of industry contacts within Quebec is considered a strong asset.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Quebec.
• Fluent in French, with English communication skills considered an asset.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
