Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative vision and art direction across integrated campaigns (digital, print, film, content)
- Translate complex medical and scientific concepts into powerful, simplified visual narratives
- Drive global and multi-market campaigns with consistency and cultural relevance
- Deliver award-worthy work, with a focus on innovation, craft, and effectiveness
- Mentor and lead a team of art directors and designers
- Collaborate with copy, strategy, medical, and client teams to ensure accuracy and creativity
- Present and sell ideas to senior stakeholders and global clients
- Stay ahead of creative, digital, and AI-led design trends
What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years in advertising/creative agencies
- Have worked with global markets like the USA, UK and UAE
- Strong portfolio showcasing global campaigns and award-winning work (e.g., Cannes Lions, Kyoorius, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-impact creative solutions
- Strong craft across film, digital, and integrated platforms
- Experience working within regulated environments and with medical teams
- Exposure to AI and emerging creative tools is a plus
