Principal UX/UI Designer - Construction Cloud

Hybrid in Toronto.

We’re looking for a Principal UX/UI Designer with exceptional visual design craft to define and elevate the next generation of digital experiences across a leading Construction Cloud platform. In this role, you won’t just design - you’ll set the visual standard for complex, enterprise-grade software used by professionals worldwide. You’ll lead high-impact platform initiatives, including navigation systems, project dashboards, and mobile-first workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in UX/UI, Product Design, or Visual Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, production-level UI
• Expertise in visual design fundamentals (typography, layout, color, hierarchy)
• Proven experience designing mobile and responsive applications
• Experience working on complex or enterprise software products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end visual design for key platform experiences
• Define and elevate core UX patterns (Navigation, Project Home) across web & mobile
• Deliver high-polish UI for complex, data-heavy applications
• Simplify and unify fragmented product experiences into a cohesive platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and UX teams
• Clearly articulate and advocate for design decisions and impact.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems
• Background in AEC, Construction, or Enterprise SaaS
• Experience aligning multiple products into a unified platform experience
