• Provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions to employees for stress, anxiety, burnout, work-related concerns, and personal challenges.
• Conduct mental wellness workshops, awareness programs, and group sessions on topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, workplace relationships, and mindfulness.
• Support employees during crisis situations and provide appropriate guidance
• Identify workplace trends impacting employee well-being and recommend proactive interventions.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical counseling standards.
• Assist in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives when necessary.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.

Requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience conducting corporate wellness programs or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
• Knowledge of workplace mental health practices and stress management techniques.
• Familiarity with corporate work culture and employee engagement practices.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
