Job Description
- Provide confidential one-on-one counseling sessions to employees for stress, anxiety, burnout, work-related concerns, and personal challenges.
- Conduct mental wellness workshops, awareness programs, and group sessions on topics such as stress management, emotional resilience, workplace relationships, and mindfulness.
- Support employees during crisis situations and provide appropriate guidance
- Identify workplace trends impacting employee well-being and recommend proactive interventions.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical counseling standards.
- Assist in conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives when necessary.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment.
Requirements

- Experience conducting corporate wellness programs or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).
- Knowledge of workplace mental health practices and stress management techniques.
- Familiarity with corporate work culture and employee engagement practices.
