We are seeking qualified and dedicated faculty members in the disciplines of
Anatomy

Physiology

Biochemistry

Pharmacology
, and
Microbiology
to teach undergraduate students enrolled in Allied Health Sciences programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, effective teaching skills, and a commitment to student success and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials as per the prescribed curriculum.
· Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil curriculum requirements and support student learning.
· Prepare and update teaching materials, including manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and digital resources.
· Supervise and assess laboratory sessions and practical examinations.
· Mentor students on academic and career goals.
· Conduct assessments and contribute to exam preparation, question paper setting, and evaluation.
· Participate in curriculum development and review, including outcome-based education.
· Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, workshops, and conferences.
· Contribute to departmental administrative responsibilities and accreditation activities.
· Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
· Support interdisciplinary learning and interprofessional education efforts.
Qualification and Experience:
Essential
· Anatomy / Physiology
: Msc Anatomy/Physiology
· Biochemistry / Microbiology
:Msc MLT
· Pharmacology
:Mpharm
M.Sc./M. Pharm in the respective discipline from a recognized university (PhD preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the UG level (preferably in Allied Health Sciences or Health Professions Education).
Desirable
· Experience in curriculum design, student mentorship, and digital learning tools.
· Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
· Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (NCAHP, UGC, NEP2020, NAAC, etc.)
