Key Responsibilities:· Deliver lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials as per the prescribed curriculum. · Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfil curriculum requirements and support student learning. · Prepare and update teaching materials, including manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and digital resources. · Supervise and assess laboratory sessions and practical examinations. · Mentor students on academic and career goals. · Conduct assessments and contribute to exam preparation, question paper setting, and evaluation. · Participate in curriculum development and review, including outcome-based education. · Engage in scholarly activities such as research, publications, workshops, and conferences. · Contribute to departmental administrative responsibilities and accreditation activities. · Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. · Support interdisciplinary learning and interprofessional education efforts.
