Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team at Apollo Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and the ability to provide seamless support to our operations team.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases for operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with hospital operations and healthcare industry practices is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
