Role Description Fitness Coaches at Anytime Fitness Hyderabad provide on-site coaching and support to members, helping them design and follow safe, effective workout programs aligned with their goals. This full-time role, based in Hyderabad, involves conducting fitness assessments, leading individual and group training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and monitoring member progress. Coaches are expected to create a motivating, welcoming environment, educate members on exercise, nutrition, and recovery principles, and ensure safe use of all equipment. Daily responsibilities also include engaging with members on the gym floor, responding to questions, offering personalized guidance, and collaborating with the club team to support promotions, challenges, and community events. Fitness Coaches contribute to overall club cleanliness, safety standards, and a positive member experience throughout all operating hours.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction to lead safe, engaging classes and one-on-one sessions.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Exercise Physiology to design evidence-based, goal-oriented training programs.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to build positive relationships, provide support, and respond professionally to member needs.
• Relevant certifications in fitness training, personal training, or group exercise from recognized bodies are highly beneficial.
• Experience working in a gym or health club environment and familiarity with strength, cardio, and functional training equipment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, motivate diverse members, and work collaboratively in a team-based, member-focused setting is important.
• Basic understanding of health, wellness, and injury prevention, along with CPR/first aid certification, is an advantage.
