Role Description The Farmer role at Anil Gujjar news is a full-time, on-site position based in Dehradun. The Farmer will be responsible for preparing and maintaining fields, including plowing, planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops according to seasonal requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring crop and soil health, managing basic pest and disease control, and ensuring proper use and routine maintenance of farming tools and equipment. Qualifications

• Practical experience in crop cultivation, including planting, irrigation, weeding, and harvesting.

• Ability to operate and maintain common farming tools and equipment safely.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, work outdoors in varying weather, and stand or walk for extended periods.
