Mid-Level Domain Data Analyst

We are seeking a qualified <strong>Mid-Level Domain Data Analyst </strong>to support a potential contract award with a DOD Client<strong>.</strong> This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Mid-Level Domain Data Analyst supports stakeholder engagement, metadata validation, and governance activities across DHA’s data domains.</p> <ul> <li>Engage in SME sessions, stakeholder interviews, and structured elicitation activities across DHA domains.</li> <li>Support validation of authoritative sources, stewardship confirmation, and business metadata collection.</li> <li>Contribute to domain-level evaluation and alternative validation for the Analysis of Alternatives.</li> <li>Facilitate feedback sessions, refinement cycles, and adoption workshops.</li> <li>Assist in governance usability validation and support domain analysts in user acceptance testing.</li> <li>Validate lifecycle controls in operational domains and participate in manual refinement cycles.</li> <li>Help with documentation review, metadata validation, and cross-directorate governance support.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior domain analysts, engineers, and governance leads on validation tasks.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and metadata validation in enterprise environments</li> <li>Understanding of data governance concepts, stewardship models, and business metadata collection</li> <li>Experience working with clinical, operational, or business data domains</li> <li>Familiarity with healthcare, DoD, or federal agency data environments preferred</li> <li>Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills</li> <li>Ability to support structured elicitation sessions and document governance decisions</li> <li>Strong documentation and organizational skills</li> <li>Eligibility for Tier 1 background investigation</li> </ul> <p><strong>SALARY:</strong></p> <p>Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>THE AM EMPLOYEE WILL DISPLAY…</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Produce high-quality deliverables and outputs that align with contract outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Self-Sufficiency:</strong> Execute tasks independently, seeking client assistance only after internal resources are exhausted, ensuring requests align with contract goals.</li> <li><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Collaborate effectively with team members, including AMC resources, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Communication/Engagement:</strong> Maintain professional conduct in meetings and written communication, participating actively with cameras on.</li> <li><strong>Responsiveness:</strong> Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>ABOUT ANDREW MORGAN…</strong></p> <p>Andrew Morgan, LLC, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a certified HUBZone Small Business.
