We are seeking a qualified <strong>Senior Domain Data Analyst </strong>to support a potential contract award with a DOD Client<strong>.</strong> This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Senior Domain Data Analyst leads SME engagement, authoritative source validation, and stewardship confirmation activities critical to DHA’s enterprise data governance program.</p> <ul> <li>Lead SME engagement and validate authoritative sources for non-automatable metadata.</li> <li>Conduct structured elicitation sessions, stakeholder interviews, and document reviews across DHA domains.</li> <li>Validate governance rules and assess stewardship effectiveness within operational domains.</li> <li>Evaluate domain-level governance maturity and identify barriers to operational adoption in federated environments.</li> <li>Facilitate user workshops and assess governance usability across clinical, operational, and readiness domains.</li> <li>Provide domain-level evaluation input for the Analysis of Alternatives to ensure workflow alignment.</li> <li>Validate lifecycle controls in operational domains to ensure practical and sustainable governance processes.</li> <li>Support cross-directorate governance adjudication, business rule interpretation, and clinical meaning validation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, SME facilitation, and business metadata elicitation within complex organizations.</li> <li>Thorough understanding of data governance, stewardship models, and processes for designating authoritative sources.</li> <li>Experience in clinical, operational, readiness, or business data domains, particularly in healthcare or DoD settings.</li> <li>Familiarity with DHA, MHS, or military health system data environments and their governance structures.</li> <li>Skilled in validating metadata beyond technical extraction, focusing on business context, usage meaning, and policy alignment.</li> <li>Excellent facilitation, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.</li> <li>Experience in governance maturity assessments and adoption readiness evaluations is preferred.</li> <li>Eligible for Tier 1 background investigation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>SALARY:</strong></p> <p>Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>THE AM EMPLOYEE WILL DISPLAY…</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Attention to Detail:</strong> Produce high-quality deliverables and outputs that align with contract outcomes.</li> <li><strong>Self-Sufficiency:</strong> Execute tasks independently, seeking client assistance only after internal resources are exhausted, ensuring requests align with contract goals.</li> <li><strong>Teamwork:</strong> Collaborate effectively with team members, including AMC resources, subcontractors, and government stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Communication/Engagement:</strong> Maintain professional conduct in meetings and written communication, participating actively with cameras on.</li> <li><strong>Responsiveness:</strong> Stay engaged, communicate promptly, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>ABOUT ANDREW MORGAN…</strong></p> <p>Andrew Morgan, LLC, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a certified HUBZone Small Business.
