<p><strong>Andrew Morgan, LLC</strong> is a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified organization. We are seeking a qualified <strong>Data Analyst </strong>to support a potential contract award with a DOD Client<strong>.</strong> This role is contingent upon contract award and will play a critical part in our efforts to deliver exceptional results for this opportunity. </p>
<ul>
<li>The Data Analyst conducts data profiling, documentation refinement, validation support, and usage analytics to support DHA’s enterprise data governance and metadata management activities.</li>
<li>Conduct data profiling, documentation refinement, and validation support across DHA data assets</li>
<li>Document scoring matrices, cost-benefit comparisons, and risk assessments for the Analysis of Alternatives</li>
<li>Conduct workflow testing, usage analytics, and KPI measurement for self-service capabilities</li>
<li>Perform maturity scoring, gap analysis, workforce capability assessment, and structured evaluation documentation</li>
<li>Assess data quality across key dimensions including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency, validity, and uniqueness</li>
<li>Capture usage analytics and metadata telemetry to drive continuous improvement</li>
<li>Support governance usability validation and adoption insights through structured feedback sessions</li>
<li>Embed data quality assessment results within the repository to inform trust, prioritization, and remediation planning</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience conducting data analysis, profiling, quality assessment, and reporting in enterprise environments</li>
<li>Proficiency with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Python, or BI/analytics platforms)</li>
<li>Experience developing scoring frameworks, evaluation matrices, and structured documentation</li>
<li>Understanding of data quality dimensions and assessment methodologies</li>
<li>Experience with usage analytics, KPI measurement, and adoption tracking</li>
<li>Strong written communication skills for documenting findings and governance artifacts</li>
<li>Experience in DoD, federal healthcare, or compliance-driven environments preferred</li>
<li>Eligibility for Tier 1 background investigation</li>

<p>Salary is commensurate with both location and experience.</p>
