Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, helping clients, and supporting a team with administrative tasks.
As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional client experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate team member in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage voicemail and general inquiries
- Collect, verify, and accurately record client information
- Monitor incoming emails and daily task lists; distribute and assign tasks as needed
- Proactively contact clients for follow-ups and ongoing service needs
- Accept, process, and deposit client payments accurately
- Provide general office support including filing, scanning, faxing, mail handling, ordering supplies, and coordinating couriers
Qualifications & Skills
- Administrative training or office experience is an asset
- Customer service or business experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- General Insurance License is an asset (or willingness to obtain in the future)

Work Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Location: In-person (Lloydminster, AB)
- Remote Work: Not available
