Registered Massage Therapist – Walk In, Treat, Thrive Professional Wellness

Are you an RMT who wants to walk in, treat your clients, and leave — without chasing bookings, processing payments, or worrying about working from home?

Ancient Cedar Wellness is a professional medical wellness clinic in Waterloo, ON, and we're looking for one focused, dedicated RMT to join our growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll work alongside a Registered Acupuncturist/Manual Osteopath and a fellow RMT in a clean, professional medical building — a calm, structured environment where your only job is to deliver exceptional care. Our reception team handles all scheduling, payment processing, and client communications so you can focus entirely on your treatments.

This is a strong fit for newly registered therapists ready to launch their practice the right way, and for experienced RMTs who are done with home-based practice and want a clinical setting that matches their standard.

COMPENSATION

65/35 revenue split — you keep 65% of every treatment. The 35% clinic share covers the full-service environment: reception, building, marketing, and everything that keeps your schedule full and your practice running smoothly. We attract therapists who understand the value of a premium, well-supported clinic — and know that comes with a cost worth paying.
