We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive high-quality leads and scale our digital presence.
Salary: Upto 4,00,000 LPA (based on skills & experience)
Eligibility :
- 1 year – 2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) - Preferred
- Basic understanding of lead generation funnels and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or CRM tools
- Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Generate high-quality leads for interior design and architecture services
- Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS) and continuously improve results
- Create and test ad creatives, copies, and targeting strategies
- Work closely with the design and sales team to align campaigns with business goals
- Manage lead funnels and ensure timely follow-ups
- Track and report campaign performance with actionable insights
