• Full-Time 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 Analytical Factor empowers Fortune 500 organizations with high-stakes demand forecasting and supply chain transformation. We are looking for an AI Engineer to lead our new \"Data Intelligence\" initiatives. Your job is to build a \"reasoning layer\" on top of our enterprise data—allowing our clients to interact with complex supply chain systems using natural language and automated AI agents. 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝟯-𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 We view our AI initiatives in three straightforward steps, which you will be responsible for building: 1. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲 : Connecting to our existing SQL and Oracle databases and preparing that data for AI use (Knowledge Retrieval). 2. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿: Using Large Language Models (LLMs like GPT-4 or Claude) and orchestration tools (like LangChain) to analyze data and suggest planning actions. 3. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿: Delivering these insights back to the user via our web-based UI or automated alerts. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 & 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲
• 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 (𝗥𝗔𝗚): Build systems that allow planners to ask questions and receive an answer based on real-time SQL data.
• 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Develop \"digital teammates\" that can monitor data 24/7 and automatically flag supply chain risks.
