Job Title: RFR - ATQA-140 - Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst

Working Status: Remote( from within Canada)

Client: Shared Health Manitoba

Contract Duration: 9 months

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hours per day: 7.75

Mandatory Requirement

• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) Associate level or higher as recognized by International Institute for Software Testing (IIST). Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

Skills and Experience

• 10 years’ experience in the development and execution of test scenarios, scripts and cases that demonstrate conformance to functional and nonfunctional requirements.
• 6 years’ experience in a healthcare environment developing detailed testing cases and scenarios, and executing testing for information systems designed to support healthcare activities – either administrative or clinical.
• 4 years’ experience testing software solutions designed to support enterprise resource planning in a healthcare environment. Experience should include testing the associated processes designed to support the business as well as validation of the data in the application.
• 5 years’ experience testing the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in a healthcare environment. Testing activities should include execution of test scripts and scenarios to validate configuration of the application and workflow.
• 5 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting customer requirements (Functional and non-functional), and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.
