The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and B2B sales skills. The role involves identifying advertisers, pitching advertising solutions, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

- Pitch media packages and promotional opportunities to businesses
- Generate revenue through ad sales and partnerships
Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential advertisers and sponsors
- Build relationships with:

- Local businesses

- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and demos
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate advertising contracts and pricing
- Upsell premium ad placements and long-term campaigns
- Develop recurring revenue accounts
Coordination & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate with creative, content, and marketing teams
- Ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns
