As a dynamic professional responsible for driving Modern Trade sales for consumer durable products across key national retail accounts, your role will include the following key responsibilities:

• Manage key modern trade accounts such as Croma, Reliance Retail, and similar large-format chains
• Ensure execution of listings, promotions, planograms, and visibility initiatives
• Build strong relationships with category teams, store managers, and stakeholders
• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territory
• Track primary and secondary sales and ensure strong sell-through
• Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts
• Ensure planogram compliance and visibility across stores
• Manage promoters and in-store demonstrators for productivity
• Conduct store audits to ensure stock availability and execution quality
• Execute trade promotions and marketing initiatives
• Track effectiveness and ROI of promotional activities
• Ensure timely replenishment and resolve stock-related issues
• Monitor inventory, returns, and ageing stock
• Prepare sales dashboards and performance reports
• Analyze competitor activities and recommend strategies

Qualifications required for this role include:

• MBA with minimum 4 years of experience in Modern Trade / Modern Retail
• Strong experience in sell-out roles within Consumer Durables, Electricals, or Electronics industry
• Exposure to key accounts like Croma, Reliance Retail, Vijay Sales
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills
