Hybrid Sales Representative

Remote-Eastern/Central/ Southeast-Southwest Residence- US Based

We have an immediate opportunity for Hybrid Sales Representatives to be part of a growing team. As an Amplity employee, you will earn a base salary, bonus potential, received a full benefit package including health, dental, vision insurance, 401K company funded long-term, short-term disability, Life insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays and more.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately $90K - $95K. The salary range displayed may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant's skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees, certifications, and other relevant factors.

The Hybrid Sales Representative (virtual and in the field) is responsible for driving sales growth and promoting pharmaceutical products through virtual and remote engagement strategies within an assigned territory. This role involves leveraging digital platforms and technology to build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, delivering impactful sales presentations, and achieving established sales performance goals while adhering to compliance and ethical standards. The individual in this position will operate effectively in highly competitive markets, both in person and virtually demonstrating resilience and strategic agility to achieve success. While field coverage may vary across the US ideal locations are residents in the Eastern, Central, or Southeast/ Southwest US.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through virtual channels (e.g., video calls, phone calls, emails, and digital platforms) and live face to face interactions in the field to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric specialists (where applicable), to build trust and loyalty, ensuring the consistent use of promoted products.
  • Conduct impactful, value-based sales presentations tailored to the needs of healthcare providers, utilizing clinical knowledge and product expertise through remote engagement tools.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans by analyzing sales data, identifying opportunities, and leveraging virtual engagement strategies as well as field visits to outperform competitors.
  • Monitor and understand competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends to adapt strategies and secure business wins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure alignment in customer engagement efforts.
  • Demonstrate patient-centricity by communicating product benefits and features in a way that supports improved health outcomes.
  • Efficiently prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and administrative responsibilities to maximize productivity and customer engagement through remote channels.
  • Exhibit resilience, adaptability, and determination when navigating challenges or obstacles in the sales process.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company standards, maintaining a strong commitment to ethical practices.

Experience And Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required
  • Pharmaceutical experience required
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven record of accomplishment of consistent success in sales performance, including achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled in leveraging strategies to outperform competitors and secure business wins in highly competitive markets.
  • Effective communicator with a collaborative, engaging, and persuasive approach.
  • Adaptable working in a remote virtual sales environment (approximately 60%-70%) as well as the ability to travel as needed (approximately 30%) to cover vacant territories in the field.
  • Excellent technology skills including digital meeting platforms, CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS
  • Willingness to work in multiple time zones.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.
  • Successfully pass all Amplity and client required training.

Credentialing Requirements

As a representative of a pharmaceutical company, you may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations, and other job-related documentation to gain access to hospitals or healthcare providers.  It is the Company’s expectation that you comply with the requirements outlined by the facilities on your call plans.

Additionally, certain geographic jurisdictions or hospital systems have requirements to apply for and obtain a representative license. At this time, representatives working in the District of Columbia, City of Chicago, State of Nevada, State of Oregon, or those associated with Jackson Memorial Health in Miami-Dade County Florida may be required to obtain specific licenses. This list may be subject to change, including the potential for additions or modifications. In the event of any significant changes, you will be notified accordingly.
