Job Description

Experience working on one or more major Endpoint Security Products such as TrendMicro DSM, MS Defender ATP, CrowdStrike, Carbon Black, Symantec, Sophos.

Strong technical understanding of IT Security concepts including antivirus, networking and encryption technologies.

Good knowledge of ITIL and exposure to Service Management.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction via phone and email. Ability to handle escalated calls and make sound technical recommendations.

Understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, SMTP, FTP, SMB, DNS and DHCP. Thorough understanding of Security, Cloud, Data Protection, Encryption, Malware, Spyware, Cyber Security, Firewalls, EDR, XDR and Disaster Recovery.

Experience in installation and configuration of Windows, Mac OS and Linux environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for the Endpoint Security Service.

Knowledge of backup and restoration as per defined backup and restoration policies.

Create reports for remediation, change tracking and on-demand requirements.

Act as Subject Matter Expert with in-depth knowledge of implementation, operational support and administration of End-User Security technologies, specifically ESET Anti-Virus and DLP technologies.

Strong understanding of End-user AV technologies, AV policies, strengths, weaknesses and usage scenarios.

Report configuration and generation (On Demand & Scheduled) from DLP Consoles; familiarity with basic SQL and DB query procedures.

Understanding of backup of DLP tool configuration, data and health checks.

Provide operational support during out-of-office hours for severity issues.

Strong customer handling skills and ability to create operational/procedure documentation. Excellent customer management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
