Network Security Engineer

Job Description

· Have an excellent understanding of IT Networking best practice

· Provide L2 & L3 support in the area of network & firewalls.

· A working knowledge of network and security aspects of LAN, WAN and Cloud Infrastructure in AWS/Azure, including but not limited to Security Groups, VPC Peering, Direct Connect and NAT.

· Working knowledge of monitoring systems.

· Demonstrate a good understanding of the system you are working on, create solutions and provide presentations, which can be consumed by the team and network management

· Good Knowledge of switching technology, Vlan, VTP, FTP, STP.

· Good knowledge of ADC, WAF, DDOS, MFA, VPN.

· Good knowledge and experience on VNP’s both site to site & remote VPN’s

· NexGen Firewall, Policy, rule management, security, logs monitoring.

· Network stack, including routers, switches, WiFi, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, VPN.

· Strong communication and documentation skills along with attention to detail

· Must have a good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP) in a business environment

· Understands ITIL concepts.

· Willing to take ownership of incidents, not only resolve them, but to prevent incidents in the future through automation where possible

· Hands on activities with Routing, Switching, WiFi and Firewall Installations.

Roles & Responsibility:

Implementation of Fortinet UTM and Wireless Access point at Customer Place.

• Provide demonstrations of Fortinet Products, Suggest and deploy Solution based on Client

Requirement.

• Telephonic, Remote and On-site Technical Support to End Customers as well as our Loyal Partner.
• Create and Manage Support Call Tickets on Amity CRM Portal assigned for your Support Call.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve issues of Fortinet UTM & Wireless Access Points.
• Product Training to Customers, Our Loyal Partner and End Customers as per their Demand.
• Update your Product Time to Time & Inform Management.
• The Candidate must have Vehicle & Driving License.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
