Data Science Associate / Junior Data Scientist

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Scientist to support advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives across manufacturing, operations, and supply chain domains. The role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable ML solutions using up-to-date cloud-based data platforms, with a strong focus on Databricks and MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Build predictive models such as regression, classification, and time-series forecasting
• Develop end-to-end ML workflows on Azure, including training, validation, and deployment
• Work in Databricks environments for data exploration, feature engineering, and model training
• Use MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management
• Support scalable data pipelines and inference workflows
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD, model versioning, reproducibility, and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions

Required Skills

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
• Strong Python skills with libraries such as scikit-learn and XGBoost
• Experience with Azure services, Databricks, SQL, and large-scale datasets
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and ML deployment workflows
