Retail Sales Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Staff to join our footwear showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers find the right footwear while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear.
• Explain product features, materials, sizes, and pricing.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell complementary products such as socks, shoe care products, insoles, and accessories.
• Handle billing through the POS system accurately.
• Process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
• Replenish stock on shelves and arrange products according to company standards.
• Assist in stock counting, inventory management, and receiving new stock.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchange requests professionally.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and attendance requirements.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Both Male & Female are eligible

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (footwear or fashion retail preferred).
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
