About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Facebook Ads Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for multiple clients. You should be analytical, proactive, and focused on delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Build Lead Generation, Sales, Traffic, Engagement, and Awareness campaigns.
Conduct audience research, create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and overall performance.
Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate remotely with designers, content creators, and account managers.
Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and performance goals.
Required Skills
1–3 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Strong understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising strategies.
Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and campaign tracking.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
