KEY OBJECTIVES

  • We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to Finance and executive leadership. This role goes beyond dashboard development — it is focused on driving performance visibility, improving decision quality, and building scalable reporting infrastructure across the organization.
  • Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, the BI Analyst will transform complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that influence strategic planning, forecasting, and operational execution. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening data governance, automating reporting processes and elevating analytics maturity across the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and scalable data models that support key business functions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements, define KPIs, and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by validating source data, monitoring outputs, and documenting assumptions, logic, and metric definitions.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define analytical requirements and contribute to optimized data models and transformation processes.
  • Intake, prioritize, and fulfill analytical requests while identifying opportunities to automate recurring reporting and reduce reliance on ad-hoc analyses.
  • Proactively improve workflow efficiency and system reliability through automation and process optimization.
  • Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and technical teams to develop data-driven solutions that address strategic challenges, delivering actionable insights and scalable reporting to support Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, Power Query, and dashboard development
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across business and technical teams and translating analytical findings into actionable business insights.
  • Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling, data warehouse concepts, and data gathering from multiple sources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience supporting Finance and Marketing teams through reporting, budgeting insights, and performance analytics.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, Python, or R.
