• Manage external quarterly and annual financial reporting
• Assist in compiling board member reporting presentations

• Perform variance analysis and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• CPA certification or pursuing, with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
• Knowledge of real estate financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
