Role Description

The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Runnemede, NJ. This role involves handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing information about products, services, scheduling, and installation processes. The specialist will assist with creating and updating customer orders, coordinating with installation teams, and ensuring accurate documentation in company systems. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues, following up on service requests, and helping customers understand quotes, timelines, and next steps. The role also includes maintaining a professional and welcoming environment, supporting office operations, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, ensuring positive interactions and timely follow-up.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks, orders, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site and collaborating with installation crews, office staff, and management.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, scheduling tools, and data entry in customer management systems.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in construction, home services, or related industries, is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or office administration is a plus.
